Processing Time

In general, all orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. There might be delay during holiday seasons or sales events. We will do our best to ship all orders on time. 

 

Shipping Rate

We are based in New Jersey, United States. We are using United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service(UPS®) as our courier delivery service. All orders are trackable. You can track your order status by using the tracking number in the dispatch notice email. 

The shipping rate is calculated by the weight of your order. Orders are shipped by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS® Ground Saver depending on your location. If you need a faster shipping option, you can change it at checkout. 

**FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders over US$50. The discount is applied automatically, no coupon is required.

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days 

USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10  business days

USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5  business days

USPS First Class International Package Service: 3-14 business days

UPS® Ground: 1-5 business days

UPS® Ground Saver: 2-7 business days
