Shipping and Return

Processing Time

In general, all orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. There might be delay during holiday seasons or sales events. We will do our best to ship all orders on time. 


Shipping Rate

We are based in New Jersey, United States. We are using United States Postal Service (USPS) as our courier delivery service. All orders are trackable. You can track your order status by using the tracking number in the dispatch notice email. 

The shipping rate is calculated by the weight of your order. Orders are shipped by First class package service by default. If you need a faster shipping option, you can change it at checkout. 

**FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders over US$35. The discount is applied automatically, no coupon is required.

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days 

USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10  business days

USPS Priority Mail Express International: 3-5  business days

USPS First Class International Package Service: 3-14 business days

    We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.


    International orders

    We only ship to Canada at this moment. 

    All buyers are responsible for import taxes, duties and other charges that may be incurred. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.

    Request for orders to be marked as gift on custom forms will NOT be honored - it is illegal to falsify custom declarations. The true value of the items will be reported on the declaration forms.


    Returning an item

    Please send an email to within 7 days of receiving your order, and ship items back within 30 days of receiving your order. 

    A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. The proof of purchase can be the emailed receipt or bank account excerpt. We reserves the right to refuse a return without adequate proof of purchase.

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. **Return shipment must include tracking. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    The original shipping cost of your order is not refundable.

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Gift cards
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    • Items on sale


    Exchange and Cancellations

    Unfortunately we do not accept exchange and cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.


    Loss/Missing Package

    We are not responsible for any shipment loss due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

    In event of returned package (unclaimed, incorrect address, etc), your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued ASAP. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

    A domestic package is considered missing if the tracking information shows that it has not been delivered within 14 business days, 40 business days for international package. Please contact us and we will work with the USPS to locate the package. If the package is confirmed lost by the USPS, a refund will be issued.

    No refund will be given to packages that are marked as “delivered” by the USPS. Please contact your local post office for assistance.


    Additional Information for Pre-order Items

    Availability dates are estimates and may be subject to change. 

    Refund will be issued if items are not available. In the rare event of overselling, items will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

    It is recommended to make a separate order for pre-order items. If combined with regular in-stock items, the order cannot be delivered until the pre-order items are available.
